유네스코에서 2009년도 영 프로페셔널 프로그램(YPP:Young Professional Programme) 채용을 실시합니다.

 YPP는 유네스코 직원의 균형있는 채용을 위하여 미진출 또는 과소진출된 회원국 국민을 대상으로 채용하는 제도로서 유네스코에 진출할 수 있는 대표적인 방법 가운데 하나입니다. YPP를 통해 채용 될 경우 P-1(Assistant)급으로 1년 동안 근무한 뒤, 평가를 거쳐 채용 연장여부가 결정되며, 특히 여성의 지원이 장려됩니다. 능력있는 한국 젊은이들의 많은 관심과 참여를 기대합니다.

심사 절차는 각 유네스코국가위원회에서 주관하는 1차 선발 및 유네스코 본부에서 주관하는 2차 선발로 구성됩니다. 통상적으로 전세계에서 한 해 10명 가량이 YPP로 선발되므로, 국내 추천 이후 타국 추천자들의 경쟁을 통해서만 최종적으로 본부 채용이 확정되며, 한국과 같이 본부에 과소진출한(under-represented) 국가보다 미진출한(non-represented) 국가의 지원을 장려하고 있습니다.
 
1. 모집대상
 1) 2008. 12. 31일 기준 만 30세 이하인 자
 2) 대한민국 국적을 소지하고 있는 자
 3) 병역의무자인 경우 병역을 마쳤거나 면제된 자
 4) 대한민국 국가공무원 결격사유에 해당되지 않는 자 (국가공무원법 제33조)
 5) 석사 또는 이에 준하는 대학과정 졸업자 이상으로 아래의 분야를 전공한 자
     □ Education (Masters in Science Education);
     □ Environmental Sciences (Masters in Environment or Ecology and/or World Life Management focused on environmental planning for sustainable development);
     □ Discrimination and racism (Advanced law degree and/or political sciences and/or sociology: focus on Human Rights);
     □ Cultural Expressions and Creative Industries (Masters in Cultural Expressions with a focus on creative industries);
     □ Information Services (Masters in informational technology with a focus on SAP in Human Resources);
     □ Audit/internal oversight (Masters in auditing and/or risk management, and/or informational technology; accounting);
     □ Communications (Masters in communications and/or media studies with a focus in media management);
     □ Relations with Member States (Masters in International relations and/or Political Science with a focus within the Arab world);
     □ Human Resources (MBA in Human Resources Management);
     □ Treasury (Masters in accounting and/or financial analysis; ACCA certified an advantage.) 
 6) 영어 또는 불어 능통자
 7) 국제기구 및 관련기관 근무경험 있는 자 우대 (인턴쉽 등 포함)
 8) 기타 해외 체류∙수학경험 및 국제학 분야 수학자 우대
 
2. 제출서류
 1) 응시원서 각3부 (붙임양식 참조, 불어로 작성 시 영문작성 1부 추가 제출) 
 2) 학교 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 (학부 및 대학원)
 3) 해당 어학성적표 (토익/토플/텝스/DELF/DALF)
 4) 경력증명서 (해당자에 한함)
 5) 기타 관련서류 (전공관련 자격증 입증서류 등)

3. 제출마감 : 11. 13 (목) 도착분 마감

4. 심사방법 : 1차 선발 (서류 및 필요시 면접) 후 유네스코 본부에서 2차 선발 (서류 및 면접) 
    ※ 1차 서류 합격자는 개별 통지합니다.
