2022 Online Thematic Seminar on Management Challenges of Internationally Designated Areas (~23 August)
'Online Thematic Seminar on Management Challenges of Internationally Designated Areas (IDAs)' will be held online from 16:00 to 18:00 (Seoul time GMT+9), over three days, from 30 August to 1 September. This seminar focuses on 1) how to promote the interpretation of IDAs and create educational programmes 2) how to establish and promote a local IDA identity and brand and 3) how to improve management of IDAs and increase involvement of the local community. The managers of IDAs will have the opportunity to improve their knowledge and management capacities on the aforementioned challenges throughout the keynote speeches, multiple case presentations, and panel discussions.
