| ‘CLC Exhibition and Fair’ in Bhutan |

The Korean National Commission for UNESCO (KNCU) and the Ministry of Education of Bhutan jointly organized a National Level Community Learning Center Exhibition and Fair on 8 September, in Thimphu, Bhutan. The exhibition was organized to celebrate International Literacy Day and to promote the value of life-long learning, TVET and basic education. More than 300 participants attended the exhibition, including officials and learners from all 22 Community Learning Centers in Bhutan as well as Mr. Kwangho Kim, Secretary-General of KNCU, and other KNCU staff members. While in Bhutan, KNCU staff also visited a Non-formal Learning Center in Changzamtog on 7 September.
