The Korean National Commission for UNESCO organized the 2019 UNESCO Rainbow Youth Global Citizen Trip from 17 to 19 August at the UNESCO Peace Center in Icheon, Republic of Korea. Under the theme of ‘My change will change the world,’ 49 high school students discussed ways to make global citizenship a reality by sharing good practices from global citizenship projects organized by schools. The participants also listened to a special lecture and discussed group projects on the subjects of refugees and gender equality.
